Wabush Airport – YWK Newfoundland and Labrador

Wabush is a little town in the western border of Labrador, beside Quebec recognized for transportation and iron ore activities. The airport is an important transportation link in Labrador and eastern Canada. In 2015, a supplemental of $11.9 million was enacted for the runway restoration project.
