The Hallmark Visitors Center has free admission located in downtown Kansas City. The center features the life-story of Hallmark from its humble beginnings to its major collaborations with leaders, famous artists, and even U.S presidents. The center is museum-like, which takes about 45-minutes to tour and is housed at the Crown Center. For visiting groups of more than 15 people, an online reservation is required. It has a small gift shop inside that sells unique products from the company. The Hallmark Visitors Center is located all on one level.

The hotels are nine minutes' walking distance from the Hallmark Visitors Center. Both upscale hotels feature dining areas and fitness centers. The crown center, which houses the Hallmark Visitors Center, is great for visiting families.
