Geva Theatre Center, Rochester, New York, United States of America

Considered as one of the top performing arts theater in Rochester, New York is the Geva Theatre Center. This performing arts center is home to professional shows and public programs. The theater was founded in 1972 by Willial Seldan and Cynthia Mason Seldan but on a different building. At present, it now sits in its current location that was purchased in 1982. This building in Woodbury Boulevard was renovated to be able to accommodate the theater. The building is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Several interesting points of attraction can be enjoyed near the area. This includes the Book of Mormon Publication Site in Palmyra. The area is considered to be one of the historic sites of Wayne County. The building was constructed in 1828 and was called the E.B. Grandin Building.
