Foothills Performing Arts Center is a mixed-use facility in Oneonta, New York. It aims to be the foremost venue for the performing arts as well as a premier events center for cultural, educational, and other civic events in the community. The center is housed in a spacious 2-story structure with two theaters. Its contemporary design is evident in every nook and cranny of the building.

The location of the center is in Oneonta, situated in southern Otsego County, New York. Known as the “City of the Hills,” it hosts these hotels located within a few minutes drive from downtown: Clarion Hotel - Downtown - University Area which is also near the airport, Super 8 by Wyndham Oneonta/Cooperstown,  a budget hotel that’s a few miles from important landmarks and the Courtyard Oneonta which is a stone’s throw from the Foothills Performing Arts Center. The small towns of Delhi, Otego, and Laurens are not too far away, so a short visit to enjoy their relaxed atmosphere is a great idea. Another landmark to visit is the Bullthistle Model Railroad Society Museum in nearby Norwich for an educational excursion that children will especially like.
