Tower at Cityplace in Dallas, Texas is a 42-store building originally designed as an elaborate corporate headquarters. Inaugurated in 1988, it has an underground parking garage with a capacity of 3,400 cars. The ground floor has a conference center with an auditorium that can seat up to 175 people. This floor also has a fitness center and huge cafeteria. 

There are several fun things to do in the area, such as visiting Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie. It is a horse racing track with 2 live racing seasons annually. Its climate-controlled grandstand can seat up to 8,000 people. Tourists should also visit Gerald J. Ford Stadium in the nearby University Park. Mainly used for football matches, it has a seating capacity of 32,000. It was named in honor of Gerald J. Ford and was inaugurated in 2000. It serves as the home of the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Mustang. Another interesting site to visit in the area is the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. It examines and interprets the death, legacy, and life of former US President John F. Kennedy. Through historic artifacts, films, interpretative displays, and photos, it documents and showcases the events of Kennedy’s assassination, the government investigation reports that ensued, and the legacy of the tragedy. One of the nearest hotels is the majestic Hotel Crescent Court. This 5-star hotel features conference facilities, a fitness center, sauna rooms and full spa services. The hotel even offers free area shuttle. Another prominent hotel in the area is Sheraton Dallas Hotel. It has a sun terrace where guests can enjoy scenic views.
